Non-Profit Incorporation Application - 501c (3): The process of acquiring a non-profit corporation certificate is time consuming and technical. Our consultants help develop the entire application package, including bylaws and articles of incorporation.

Grant Writing:  VRC writes the non-profit’s grant proposals and provides the agency final drafts it can submit to the appropriate prospective funders.

Grant Funding Search: VRC researches and develops a list of potential funding resources that match the non-profit’s missions, goals and activities.

Grant Proposal Evaluation: VRC evaluates a non-profit’s previous proposals to approximate where the proposals would have rated in the grantors’ “funding worthiness” scoring system (grants which are funded usually score in the top 10% - 15%).

Grant Compliance:  When a non-profit receives a grant, VRC creates a Grant Compliance Milestone Chart.  It helps the non-profit ensure it submits the required monthly, quarterly and/or final reports to the grantor.  This enhances its chances of being funded again -- not only by this funder, but by others as well.

Strategic planning matches the strengths of the business to available opportunities. To do this effectively, the executive director or business owner must collect, screen, and analyze information about the business environment.  

VRC guides key company or agency decision makers in creating a comprehensive three- to five-year plans.
