Non-Profit Incorporation Application - 501c (3): The process of acquiring a non-profit corpor-ation certificate is time consuming and technical. Our consultants help develop the entire appli-cation package, including bylaws and articles of incorporation.

Grant Writing:  VRC writes the non-profit’s grant proposals and provides the agency final drafts it can submit to the appropriate prospec-tive funders.

Grant Funding Search: VRC researches and develops a list of potential funding resources that match the non-profit’s missions, goals and activities.

Grant Proposal Evaluation: VRC evaluates a non-profit’s previous proposals to approximate where the proposals would have rated in the grantors’ “funding worthiness” scoring system (grants which are funded usually score in the top 10% - 15%).

Grant Compliance:  When a non-profit receives a grant, VRC creates a Grant Compliance Milestone Chart.  It helps the non-profit ensure it submits the required monthly, quarterly and/or final reports to the grantor.  This enhances its chances of being funded again -- not only by this funder, but by others as well.

Business Plans: Businesses typically create three-to five-year business plans when they are seeking funding to:

-  expand an existing business

-  get a loan for some other business purpose

-  attract investors. 

Marketing Plans:  These detail the actions neces-sary to achieve one or more marketing objectives. They can be for a product. service, brand or pro-

duct line.  Marketing plans cover between one and five years.  They may be part of an overall business plan or stand-alone documents. Solid marketing strategy is the foundation of a well-written marketing plan.
